By using ICanRoll, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The Service
ICanRoll provides a physical dice-rolling service for entertainment purposes. A robotic device shakes real dice in a can, photographs the result, and delivers a cryptographically signed certificate confirming the roll. Sessions are temporary and expire after 24 hours of inactivity.
Acceptable Use
You may use ICanRoll for personal, recreational, and tabletop gaming purposes. You may not:
- Attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent rate limits
- Attempt unauthorized access to the server or admin systems
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Resell or commercially redistribute the service without permission
- Use automated scripts or bots to flood the service with requests
Roll Certificates
Roll certificates are cryptographically signed proof that a photo was taken by our hardware and has not been altered. They confirm the integrity of the roll result — not the fairness of any game outcome or the balance of the physical dice.
ICanRoll is not responsible for how roll results are used in games, disputes, or any other context.
Availability
ICanRoll is provided as-is with no guaranteed uptime or service continuity. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. Hardware failures, maintenance, and updates may cause temporary outages.
Donations & Rewards
Donations via Ko-fi are voluntary and non-refundable. Reward codes issued in exchange for donations unlock cosmetic items only and have no monetary value. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue reward items at any time.
Intellectual Property
The ICanRoll name, logo, and website design are the property of ICanRoll. Roll photos and videos generated during your session are yours to keep and share freely.
Limitation of Liability
ICanRoll is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The operators of ICanRoll shall not be liable for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising from use of, or inability to use, the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ICanRoll and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. Material changes will be noted with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
